As an Entry Level Timecard Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee timecards. You will be responsible for assisting with timekeeping activities, data entry, and payroll processing to support the organization's workforce management efforts. Essential Job Responsibilities :
- Assist with the collection, review, and verification of employee timecards for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter timecard data into the payroll system and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review timecards for discrepancies, errors, or missing information, and follow up with employees or supervisors to resolve issues.
- Generate reports and summaries of timekeeping data for payroll processing and analysis.
- Assist with the administration of timekeeping systems, including troubleshooting issues, updating employee records, and maintaining system integrity.
- Provide support to payroll and HR teams as needed, including responding to inquiries from employees regarding timekeeping policies and procedures.
- Assist with special projects or initiatives related to timekeeping, payroll, or workforce management as assigned.
