Primary Purpose
BGE is leading the way on a more efficient and electrified future, and BGE's Clean Energy Solutions team is looking for its next dynamic, innovative, collaborative leader to continue to incubate and drive (emissions-free) strategy and programs to support Transportation Electrification and Load Management and power a cleaner, brighter future. How can BGE better promote electric vehicles - from passenger and fleet cars to electric school buses and other heavy-duty transportation How can we better integrate EVs, home heating and cooling, battery storage and more into our grid How can we make that transition more effortless for our customers and the communities we serve Are you the innovative, strategic leader that’s “fully charged” to help lead us in answering these and other important questions. This job is responsible for leading, developing, recommending, and executing clean energy program offerings. Responsibilities include leadership of program ideation, regulatory processes for program approvals, partnership and technology exploration, industry outreach and approved program implementation. This role may lead initiatives and projects which analyze, develop, and implement plans of major strategic impact (such as audits, regulatory strategies, benchmarking assessments, performance measurement, process improvements, acquisitions and long-range business strategies for an energy delivery business). Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.

Primary Duties
- Lead initiatives and projects which analyze, develop, and implement plans of major strategic impact (such as audits, regulatory strategies, benchmarking assessments, performance measurement, process improvements, acquisitions, and long range business strategies for an energy delivery business) (55%)
- Support Senior Management in facilitating the integration, assessment of the integrity, consistency, and appropriateness of various strategic and business plans (20%)
- Evaluate, analyze and educate senior management of the financial and business process implications associated with special projects and initiatives (20%)
- Work with Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development to integrate Exelon corporate initiatives and strategies with business unit objectives and plans (5%)

- Ten or more years of relevant experience such as strategy, business planning, business case modeling experience
- In-depth understanding of the business, including inter-departmental and external stakeholder relationships
- Skills and experience of interacting at all levels of the organization including Senior Management
- Skills associated with strong project management, teamwork, integration and facilitation in dealing with cross functional and cross department groups
- Skills in financial valuation, analytical and performance measurement tools and applications
- Demonstrated skills with PC applications and presentation programs
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience.

- Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: USD $136,800.00/Yr. - USD $205,200.00/Yr.
