Primary Duties & Responsibilities
The role will be responsible to work with the 3rd party companies aligning the product necessities mapping requirement based on sales and lead time from third party partners.
Understand site capacities, capabilities and supply risks. Issue and bottleneck coordination as appropriate.
Able to participate in the weekly calls with the teams across the world.
Closely work with business team and Supply Chain team to have an accurate forecast available for demand planning.
Act as a liaison between supply chain team and finance team and help with monthly inventory valuation.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities for both planning tools and process.
Able to work in the SAP H4 to access inventories and build BOM and perform transactions per batch.
Plan the movement and shipping timeline building the transit times and assess the inventory on hands by months for all the assigned portfolio of drug products.
Work with logistics team to ensure logistics transport to locations from port to warehouse and other partners.
Work with Quality team ensuring the release of priority batches done in timely manner with all documents on hand.
Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and IT professional for the purpose of improving supply chain performance.
Align with Regulatory team and keeping up the files related to artworks up to date.
Handle procurement of the materials supplied by Xiromed LLC/Exeltis by analyzing quantities on hand for existing projects.
Assist in oversight packaging, distribution and shipping activities performed by third party vendors.
Responsible to ensure movement of final product by data input process into SAP by receiving product in SAP and monitor the usage of material used and track it by doing bill of material.
Stay on top of relevant cGMP’s, GCP’s and other regulatory requirements and ensure study management activities are aligned.
Manage month end supply chain activities.
Able to demonstrate and promote company vision.
Assist in the achieving department’s goals by conducting activities in safe and efficient manner.

Requirements and personal skills
· Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree, degree preferred in Engineering, Supply chain, Business Information Systems or other equivalent fields.
· Experience (years/area): 5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement/Project Management. SAP experience is a plus.
· Specific Knowledge and Skills: Pharmaceutical Sector, solid communication skills with ability to work in multinational environments. Driven and motivated by accomplishing world-class objectives. Well, organized with a high level of attention to details. Familiarity with supply chain operations (e.g., Inventory, purchasing, finance, etc.) is required. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, results oriented. Fast learner, ability to think and great teammate. General management skills, strong interpersonal and people development skills, strong results-orientation, superior leadership skills, ability to anticipate problems and solve them successfully. Ability to work independently and problem solve as well as working collaboratively across multiple business teams.
