The Director of Total Rewards will be responsible for designing strategies that attract and retain top talent, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of compensation data management, interpretation, and analytics.
You will work closely with senior leadership and the HR team to develop and implement total rewards programs that meet business needs and drive employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Total Rewards Strategies:
- Design and execute compensation, benefits, wellness, and rewards programs that deliver attractive, cost-effective, and competitive offerings to all employees.
- Partner with senior leadership and the HR team to align total rewards programs with business objectives.
- Provide Guidance and Support:
- Offer expert advice to HR and management on salary structure, pay decisions, policy, guidelines interpretation, and job evaluations.
- Lead annual compensation planning exercise (merit, market adjustments), promotions, bonus, and equity review processes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Proven fluency in compensation data management, interpretation, and analytics.
- Strong operational knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data configuration, formulas, etc.).
