Position
Lincoln Street School is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for providing direct daily services 1:1 to student and creating programming. The BCBA will develop and oversee a behavior intervention plan for a student with significant behavioral and communication needs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure the best possible educational outcomes for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop individualized behavior intervention plan (BIP).
*Provide ongoing support and training for teachers and staff on behavior management techniques and strategies related to student.
*Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the behavior intervention plan and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
*Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop a comprehensive support plan for the student.
*Assist in crisis intervention and the development of proactive strategies to prevent behavioral issues.
*Communicate effectively with the family, providing them with resources and guidance to support their child’s behavioral development at home.

*Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
*Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification.
*Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
*Experience working in an educational setting is preferred.
*Proven track record of developing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans.
Additional Duties:
*Assist guidance, pupil services staff or building administration, as needed.
*Perform any other related duties as assigned.

*Ability to work outdoors during outdoor student activities.
