Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will need to listen to and accurately describe in writing customer concern in a way techs can understand exactly what repairs are to be performed. This position requires quotes for repairs needed, ordering parts and ensure parts ordered are correct. You will need to have working knowledge of what work is needed and what it takes to ensure jobs are completed correctly and in a timely matter. Your goal will be to promptly and accurately provide the best service possible for our customers.

This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
  • Assist customers with order processing and warranty claims
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance client services.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products during customer interactions.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
