ExlService.com, LLC - Jersey City, NJ Title: Assistant Vice PresidentDuties: The Assistant Vice President (multiple openings) at ExlService.com, LLC in Jersey City, New Jersey will develop and implement business insights for subscriber behavior to increase client's market share. Apply analytical and statistical programming as well as visualization tools to drive the end-to-end analytical process. Utilize SAS, SQL, Excel, VBA, PPT, Tableau, Visio, MARS and CART to perform marketing analytics. Perform segmentation analysis and model prediction to make data meaningful and actionable. Conduct descriptive statistical analysis to uncover data insights based on subscriber patterns, user content consumption, and customer behavior trends. Build, develop, and maintain subscriber forecasting models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and key performance indicators to support business decisions. Effective management of frequency of feedback loop with offshore resources. Formulate requirements, acquire data, identify analytical methods, create and validate models, and develop actionable recommendations. Will travel to various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or closely related field, plus one year of professional experience building, stabilizing, validating, and monitoring statistical models to ensure that they meet the retail sector client guidelines.
