What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day will be engaging and impactful:
Generate, review, and track outgoing audit letters daily using Excel spreadsheets.
Monitor and respond to provider inquiries through calls, emails, and chat systems.
Assist providers in navigating EXL’s portal, verifying details, and addressing inquiries.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality regulations.
Identify and escalate workflow or system issues to leadership as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams and support audit-related tasks and company-wide programs.
What We’re Looking For
Experience and Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Prior healthcare experience is a plus.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is essential.
Work Ethic: Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks independently or as part of a team.
