Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand clients' business goals and challenges to provide actionable insights and tailored analytics solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients, especially in the areas of marketing, digital, and market mix modeling.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage end-to-end analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams (data scientists, analysts, consultants) and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Analytics Expertise:
- Leverage expertise in marketing analytics, digital analytics, and market mix modeling to drive client solutions.
- Interpret complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable business insights for clients.
- Provide guidance on the use of analytical tools and techniques to optimize marketing strategies, improve customer engagement, and increase ROI.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing coaching and professional development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic goals and identify opportunities for new business.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and promote best practices across the organization.
Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare and present high-level reports and presentations to client stakeholders, summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations.
- Communicate complex analytics concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the sales team to drive client growth.
- Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and presentations to secure new projects and expand existing client relationships.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a client-facing analytics role, with a focus on marketing analytics, digital analytics, and market mix modeling.
- Proven track record in project management, ideally with certifications such as PMP, Agile, or similar.
- Experience with analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, R, Python, SAS, or similar tools for data analysis and modeling.
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital analytics, and the ability to leverage data for optimizing marketing performance.
- Hands-on experience with market mix modeling (MMM) and other advanced statistical methods.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into business strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
