We're seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that generate brand awareness and high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities
Paid Search & Social Media
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive brand awareness and qualified enterprise leads
- Develop and execute LinkedIn advertising strategies targeting C-level executives and analytics leaders at Fortune 500 companies
- Develop ABM strategies to reach target audiences
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize for improved impact
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance
Website & Landing Pages
- Collaborate with team to create high-converting landing pages for specific campaigns and targets
- Implement conversion rate optimization tactics to improve lead generation
- Monitor website analytics, provide insights and test for ongoing improvement
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints
Marketing Automation & Email
- Manage HubSpot marketing automation platform, including contact database management, workflow creation, and form setup
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Create and optimize lead scoring models to improve sales handoff
- Design and implement automated nurture workflows for different audience segments
Content & Thought Leadership Support
- Coordinate digital distribution of company thought leadership content, including reports, articles, and case studies
- Support event marketing with digital promotion tactics
- Collaborate to develop SEO strategies that drive organic traffic
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels
- Identify trends and opportunities to optimize marketing spend
- Support analysis of marketing activities
Qualifications
Required
- 3-5 years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in analytics, SaaS, or professional services
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns and optimizing for lead generation
- Experience developing and executing LinkedIn advertising strategies targeting executive audiences
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform
- Experience creating and optimizing landing pages for conversion
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent project management abilities with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
- Experience with CMS like Wordpress
Preferred
- Experience marketing to enterprise clients and Fortune 500 companies
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and measurement
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and B2B marketing funnels

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
