Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Leadership:
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, including employees loaned from other departments.
- Assign tasks, provide training, and ensure optimal performance of the team.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Track inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to prevent shortages.
- Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Warehouse Operations:
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and layouts to optimize space, reduce costs, and improve workflow.
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring that orders are processed on time and accurately.
- Ensure that goods are properly labeled, packaged, and stored according to company standards and safety regulations.
- Health & Safety:
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that all safety procedures are followed.
- Ensure that the warehouse complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for the warehouse team.
- Logistics & Coordination:
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

- Reporting & Documentation:

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
