Job description

Exodigo Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial, Payroll, Procurements and Account Receivables for our U.S. operations. As part of a fast-growing company revolutionizing subsurface exploration, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to transformative projects across utilities, transportation, and government sectors. This role will be performed remotely and will report directly to the Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all financial and accounting functions for U.S. operations.
• Oversee payroll processes through third-party systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution.
• Manage accounts receivable / payable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Collaborate with global finance teams and business departments to align financial strategies.
• Prepare statutory tax filings, including sales tax compliance and other regulatory requirements.
• Generate accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support decision-making.
• Maintain updated financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
• Drive process improvements by leveraging advanced digital platforms such as NetSuite and BI tools.

Requirements

Salary range : $120,000 - $150,000
