Exodus Global is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join its finance team. As the Accounting Manager, you will manage the daily activities of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with standards, and effective financial management. This role requires a strong accounting background, leadership abilities, attention to detail and reports directly to the controller.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements, including analysis and reconciliation processes
- Deliver accurate and timely financial data to senior management
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost accounting, Inventory accounting
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and other regulatory standards
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Requirements of Employer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant in cost accounting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency with ERP accounting software and MS Office
