Exodus Recovery, Inc is looking to hire a full time A/P Specialist to support the accounting department.
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for maintaining the accounting records for one – two large and one – three small Exodus companies including accounts receivable and account payable operations.
MINIMUM SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two to three years bookkeeping/accounts payable experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; general bookkeeping, spreadsheets, and word-processing. Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, personal initiative, confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to work independently, shows mature judgment, prioritize and organize multiple projects.
- QuickBooks Pro, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
