As a Customer Supply Coordinator, you will

• Receive order from internal/external customers and process them up to ERP
• Acknowledge receipt of orders and schedule shipments to customers
• Work with Supply Chain teams in US and France to ensure product availability for shipment and On Time Delivery
• Track sales order backlog and inform customers of any changes
• Organize/ Manage / Follow shipments and deliveries to customers
• Prepare and send Purchase orders to France, work with Procurement Officer in US to prepare Purchase orders to US suppliers
• Ensure reception of Purchase orders
• Ensure invoicing of Sales orders
• Back up Procurement officer
• Suggest ERP (and other tools) improvements to advance sales administration efficiency and performance
  
  

Requirements

• Degree with a specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or customer service-oriented supply chain roles, ideally within complex supply chain environments.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction, both for internal business units and key external clients.
• Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP are a plus.
