As a Customer Supply Coordinator, you will
- Receive order from internal/external customers and process them up to ERP
- Acknowledge receipt of orders and schedule shipments to customers
- Work with Supply Chain teams in US and France to ensure product availability for shipment and On Time Delivery
- Track sales order backlog and inform customers of any changes
- Organize/ Manage / Follow shipments and deliveries to customers
- Prepare and send Purchase orders to France, work with Procurement Officer in US to prepare Purchase orders to US suppliers
- Ensure reception of Purchase orders
- Ensure invoicing of Sales orders
- Back up Procurement officer
- Suggest ERP (and other tools) improvements to advance sales administration efficiency and performance
- Degree with a specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or customer service-oriented supply chain roles, ideally within complex supply chain environments.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction, both for internal business units and key external clients.
- Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP are a plus.
