As a Customer Supply Manager, you will be responsible for
- Lead supply chain work with internal departments in US and France, to ensure cost optimization, speed-to-market and compliance with internal and external rules & regulations.
- Ensure effective customer service to Exotec customers throughout NA through coaching and development of team members and implementation of practices that support SLAs.
- Ensure service levels for product delivery are met.
- Find way to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Supervise procurement and delivery of traded goods, delivering margin targets.
- Oversee management of rental fleets (scissor lift, etc.)
- Supervise rack supply projects to ensure they are delivered on time and at expected margin.
- Supervise Exotec NA stock management at minimal, accurate but appropriate levels to deliver availability objectives and financial control.
- Manage a team: recruit and ensure proper onboarding, training and development of team members
- Monitor logistics budgets
- Resolve escalated issues arising from operations
- 5 years experience in the related area
- 3 years managerial experience
- Extensive knowledge of the function
