?Responsibilitie
- sSupport the growth of the company by hiring new talent for our international office
- sSource potential candidates through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter
- )Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and assessment
- sConduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidate
- sManaging hiring processes via our Applicant Tracking System
- sAssess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking Syste
- mCollaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employee
- sDesign job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirement
- sCounsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environmen
- tOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment event
- sFoster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidate
- sDeveloping hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the fiel
- dSuggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activitie
- sBSc in Human Resources Management or relevant fiel
- dProven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar rol
- eHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation method
- sAbility to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidate
- sKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS
