Exotic Automation and Supply is currently looking for a Retail Store / Warehouse Associate to join the team in a full-time capacity at our Noblesville, IN location.This position is a hybrid role supporting both the Warehouse and our Retail Store. It is a great opportunity for the right candidate to demonstrate the capability to influence positive change in an exciting, dynamic, and growing company while building a comprehensive knowledge of the business.Position Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM; Monday – FridayEssential Job Functions : Receiving and locating product.Pulling orders and manifesting to customers.Assemble and crimp hoses for a diverse customer base.Safety operates hand tools, power tools and equipment.Knowledge of safety procedures.Drive and operate hi-lo.Willingness to make deliveries and operate trailer.Greeting and servicing customers.Continuously develops knowledge of products.Processes all requests for quotes (RFQs) and follows up to ensure orders are booked.Processes all returns according to RMA procedures (cash and credit).Maintains inventory and performs all required cycle counting.Maintains cash drawer and performs weekly cash deposit transactions.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required : High School diploma or GED.Previous work experience preferred.Mechanically inclined.Ability to use a computer for basic tasks.Valid Driver’s License.Organizational skills required to prioritize, plan and coordinate work activities and resources in area of responsibility.EXOTIC IS A EEO & DRUG FREE EMPLOYERExotic is an EEO and drug free Employer.Powered by JazzHR
