Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively to process sales and returns.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers with their needs.
- Supervise and train new staff members in customer service protocols and procedures.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and refunds.
- Communicate clearly with customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment to enhance customer experience.
- Support team members as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.

Job hours M-F 8:30- 5 Saturday 12-5 Closed Sunday
