- PCQI Certification (Required)
- SQF Practitioner Certification (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or food safety management
- Experience handling third-party, FDA, USDA, and customer audits
- Strong knowledge of GMPs, sanitation, allergen control, and food safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
