Intellectual Property Paralegal

• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, proposed orders, post-trial bill of costs , and other litigation related documents; cite checking and key citing pleadings.
• Preparing, electronic filing and serving motions, briefs, affidavits, declarations, exhibits, appendices, and other related documents for filing with U.S. District Courts as well as the Courts of Appeals, with a focus on the Federal Circuit.
• Conducting initial review of documents for production and privilege; preparing and maintaining privilege logs; and assisting with deposition preparation.
• Trial experience to include managing logistics and assisting trials (including out of state trials); preparing trial notebooks, jury notebooks, and compiling extensive exhibit lists and exhibits for trial.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
