- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent.
- 4 years of experience in Steel Project Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to understand Architectural and Structural Drawings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus but not necessary.
- Oversee each assigned project to ensure compliance with contract requirements and project schedules.
- Review construction project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Issue Purchase Requests to buy raw materials for fabrication.
- Process Requests for Information (RFIs) and change orders.
- Manage and schedule shop drawing processing, shop fabrication, and field installation.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients and inspectors to ensure project progress.
- Attend construction site meetings to monitor project status.
- Implement cost control measures to maximize project profitability.
- Train and allocate different projects to Project Engineers.
