Education And/Or Experience
2-4 years in a relevant quality management role. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management) is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence) are a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, technical documents, common scientific journals, operating and maintenance manuals, legal documents and procedure manuals.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (UL, ETL, ASME a plus).
- Experience in conducting internal audits and driving corrective actions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality standards.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
