Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
Duties
- MUST HAVE DSA/SCHOOL BUILDING EXPERIENCE
- Provide leadership on Safety, Quality, Time, and Cost as it relates directly to the project field operations. Effectively communicate and collaborate with the project team for all plans and adaptations that are required to maintain project requirements.
- Assure that the Mark Wilson Construction Safety Program and OSHA rules and regulations are strictly enforced on a daily basis, including conducting weekly safety meetings for onsite MWC personnel.
- Acquire specific knowledge of plans and specifications. Monitor quality of performance and initiate positive action to maintain quality compliance on the project.
- Report immediately any major safety issues, unusual events or crisis to the Project Manager.
- Assist Project Manager in developing long-range operating plans to maintain project schedule.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
