Position Overview
The Operations Analyst will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, analyzing business processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to working across teams
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support, Analysis & Reporting
· Analyze key business operations to identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
· Oversee supply chain, including processor and fulfillment vendors
· Perform customer-level research and analysis
· Maintain program collateral, including customer agreements and make updates as required
· Maintain and report on inventory at retail locations, in-office and at card fulfillment vendors
· Work with Compliance to ensure portfolio meets required regulations and internal policies.
· Handle reporting requirements monthly
· Develop, maintain, and distribute regular operational and financial reports.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actionable insights.
Process Improvement
- Evaluate current processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices and optimize operational procedures.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
Data Management & Insights
· Collect, validate, and analyze large datasets to support strategic initiatives.
- Leverage data visualization tools to present findings to senior management and other teams.
- Participate in testing and documentation of new products with I.T.
· Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with organizational data policies.
Project Support
· Assist in the planning and execution of cross-functional projects.
· Track project milestones and deliverables, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
· Support resource allocation and budget management for ongoing initiatives.
Collaboration & Communication
· Act as a liaison between operations, finance, IT, and other departments.
· Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and drive alignment.
· Ensure consistent communication of operational priorities and updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Motivated self-starter with a flexible attitude and able to adapt to a changing and regulated environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
