Director, Partner Marketing Programs
Expedia Group is recruiting for a Director of Partner Marketing Programs to build and optimize Expedia Group’s partner incentive and engagement programs! This person will be a cross-functional connector between internal organizations: Expedia Brands, Marketplaces, and Services leaders, promoting traveler and partner satisfaction, while driving incremental value to Expedia Group’s partner marketing programs. They will also be tasked with growing program offerings and improving the quality of existing programs, driving partner adoption. Additionally, they will drive clarity to Partner Program objectives with senior executives and key internal collaborators to deliver program success.

Expedia Group has targeted programs for supply and demand partners to leverage price-related traveler incentives, non-price traveler incentives, trust signals, and flexible and full-scale distribution options to maximize their performance in Expedia Group’s marketplace
Partners are selected to participate in these initiatives based on criteria determined by the Partner Programs team
What you’ll do:
Generate partner program strategies as part of the Partner Program leadership team, in collaboration with Expedia Group’s Brands, Marketplaces, and Services teams.
Establish the new operating model for B2B programs
Analyze feedback and research to deliver satisfaction improvements to both sides of the marketplace through ongoing enhancements to program design and operation
Simplify operation of Expedia Group’s Partner Programs including partner portal, utilizing and accessing benefits.
Optimize connections between complementing internal programs, limiting cannibalization, and driving top line revenue and/or cost savings
Develop performance monitoring and incremental P&L reports with Scalable Engine Analytics to drive overall umbrella program performance and provide insight to Expedia for Business leadership
Create mutually beneficial relationships with cross-divisional leaders that will enable execution of key program objectives
Partner with Strategy & Transformation teams to develop new and forward-looking programs, enabling thought leadership in a developing business category
Who you are:
7-10 years growing and improving partner marketing programs travel and/or hospitality businesses;
7 years B2B program, product, or sales experience
Transformative leader who has mastered creating and implementing dynamic strategies in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates strong influencing skills and capable of connecting Partner Marketing organizational goals with broader Expedia Group initiatives
Embodies collaborative leadership qualities, unifying partners and Expedia Group, promoting partnership
Build and maintain connections to achieve exceptional results
Identifies subtle partner nuances and tailors communication to meet their needs
Expertise in problem solving, cross-divisional coordination, and planning
Express a passion for driving the best traveler experiences
Sophisticated proficiency in the Microsoft suite including: Excel, Word, OneNote and PowerPoint.
