Salary/Hourly Rate:
$30 - $34 per hour
Onsite/Remote:
This is a hybrid role in Springfield, MO; candidates will be required onsite 50% per week.

We are looking for a strategic and proactive Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring and partner with leaders to attract top talent. You'll drive innovative recruitment strategies, promote diversity, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
The ideal candidate has 4 years of experience, excels in high-growth environments, and can manage multiple roles with strong organizational and influencing skills. This role requires adaptability, collaboration, and a focus on improving recruitment processes to meet business needs. This is a 6-month temporary assignment.
Responsibilities of the Recruiter:
- Become a trusted advisor to your designated client group, building strong relationships across all levels
- Proactively influence, collaborate and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for diverse roles concurrently, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Strategize with leaders to prioritize roles and shape the future talent landscape with insightful, data-driven decisions
- Develop, promote, and act as an advocate to drive a simplified recruiting process to build a world-class candidate and manager experience
- Champion our commitment to inclusion and diversity, adhering to hiring practices that promote a richly diverse and dynamic workforce
- Foster strong relationships with candidates, negotiating offers that align with our core values and business goals
- Bring a collaborative approach to the recruiting team, offer ideas, and find creative solutions to help improve your craft
- Contribute to global talent acquisition strategies, continuously refining our processes and enhancing candidate experience
- Provide guidance to steer business decisions based on both experience and data
Qualifications of the Recruiter:
- Support hiring for Operations Associate positions across our customer service, payment ops, and fraud & risk teams
- A minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-growth environment
- A strategic influencer, adept at guiding decisions with data and a deep understanding of Expedia Group’s principles
- Ability to manage a large number of requisitions at once, ranging from individual contributor up to Director level roles with varying levels of complexity
- Ability to prioritize, stay organized, set clear expectations and drive the hiring process while delivering expert support and results
- A process innovator, always seeking to enhance our practices, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our recruitment efforts
- Adaptable to changing business needs, with a results-driven approach and the ability to pivot quickly
- Possess strong analytical skills to build, measure, and scale optimal workflows between candidates, managers, and the recruiting team
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across different groups in daily role and projects

The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
