We are seeking a dynamic and experienced System Implementation Change Management Lead to oversee end-to-end support for all business users impacted by the implementation of our new Oracle Cloud systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in change management, training, and communications, as well as a deep understanding of system implementations and program management. This is a temporary 6-month assignment.
Responsibilities of the System Implementation Change Management Lead:
- Execute comprehensive change management plans to facilitate the smooth adoption of the Oracle Cloud systems across all affected business units
- Lead and manage a diverse group of stakeholders, including business leaders, functional experts, and end-users, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the implementation process
- Design, create, and deliver training programs tailored to various user groups, ensuring all users are equipped to effectively utilize the new system
- Develop and disseminate clear, concise, and engaging communications regarding system changes, benefits, and timelines to all stakeholders
- Utilize program management methodologies to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups, track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of implementation milestones
- Provide ongoing support and resources to users post-implementation, addressing concerns and gathering feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications of the System Implementation Change Management Lead:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, training, and communications within large-scale system implementations, preferably with Oracle Cloud ERP systems
- Proven experience in managing large, diverse stakeholder groups, with a focus on effective communication and relationship-building
- Strong understanding of system implementations, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Demonstrated commitment to user satisfaction, with a user-centric approach to training and support

The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
