WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: You will be part of an expert team driving significant technology-driven but business-focused transformation, involving a CRM implementation (Salesforce) and customer data transformation. This enterprise-wide initiative requires experienced change management professionals to ensure successful adoption and sustained realization of business value.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE:
- Develop and execute change management strategies that ensure end-to-end ownership and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct thorough change readiness and impact analyses to understand the effects of change on various stakeholder groups and tailor change management approaches accordingly.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and leadership alignment toolkits to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
- Integrate learning and development into change plans through training strategies, curriculum design, and enablement activities.
- Comfortably work within Lean, Six Sigma, or other Operational Excellence frameworks to drive continuous improvement within change management projects.
- Contribute to cross-functional, enterprise-wide projects with multiple workstreams and fast-evolving strategic priorities.
- Interface effectively with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships to influence successful outcomes.
- Adapt quickly to evolving methodologies and the specific context of the client’s transformation, including new standardization and automation frameworks.
- Contribute to post-implementation activities, including monitoring system adoption, tracking performance improvements, and identifying ongoing organizational adaptation needs.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
- Change Management Strategy & Execution: End-to-end ownership or strong support of large-scale, enterprise-wide change initiatives tied to tech implementations (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Coupa, ERP systems).
- Continuous Improvement: Comfort working within Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence frameworks.
- Change Readiness & Impact Analysis: Skilled at preparing organizations and people for upcoming changes, particularly in highly technical or matrixed environments.
- Change Communications: Ability to build communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and leadership alignment toolkits that go beyond traditional presentations.
- Learning & Development: Experience integrating learning into change plans—whether through training strategy, curriculum design coordination, or enablement activities that deliver interactive, hands-on change experiences.
- Organizational Development & Effectiveness: Background in org design, cultural alignment, or restructuring efforts during integrations or transformations.
- Certification in change management, L&D, HR, or organizational effectiveness and the ability to align to common change management methodologies such as ProSci ADKAR.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (particularly advanced capabilities for Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- High EQ with an ability to thrive in an ambiguous work environment.
DETAILS:
Hybrid - Seattle-based, temporary, hourly position for up to 7 months. This role may become full-time permanent in the future. The ability to be on site 3 days per week is preferred. The targeted range for this role is $65-$80 hourly. Consultants accrue paid time off based on hours worked.
