Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee residential construction projects outside of concrete, ensuring timely, within-budget completion, and high-quality, safe standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with specs and safety standards
- Lead teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress
- Interface with the owner to provide project updates
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Maintain a polished approach, eye for quality, and resolve on-site issues
- Monitor project schedules and costs while maintaining accurate records
Qualifications:
- 5 years of construction experience, 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in residential construction outside of concrete
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management
- Ability to lead, solve problems, and manage resources
- OSHA 30-Hour certification (preferred)
- High school diploma required; degree in construction management a plus
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
