- Handling requests from brokers

- 3 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role
Level of Education:
- High School Diploma required; Some college preferred
Systems/Software Proficiencies:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- InDesign
- Adobe Suite
Certifications/Licenses:
- None required
Top Must-Have Skills:
- In-office experience
- Strong administrative support experience
- Excellent communication skills
Top Nice-to-Have Skills:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer design skills
Interview Process:
- One round in-person interview, with a second round if needed
Additional Requirements:
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college preferred
- 2 years of experience providing administrative support to professionals or teams
- Ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities
- Previous experience in a Sales or Marketing environment preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and supervisors
- Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and/or commissions
- Conducts basic financial analysis
- Ability to abstract lease terms and understand standard instructions

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
