Resource's Typical Working Day:

  • Administrative and marketing tasks
  • Handling requests from brokers
  • Creating marketing materials using PowerPoint
  • Collaborating on various administrative and client services projects

Years of Experience Needed:

  • 3 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role

Level of Education:

  • High School Diploma required; Some college preferred

Systems/Software Proficiencies:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • InDesign
  • Adobe Suite

Certifications/Licenses:

  • None required

Top Must-Have Skills:

  • In-office experience
  • Strong administrative support experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Top Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer design skills

Interview Process:

  • One round in-person interview, with a second round if needed

Additional Requirements:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college preferred
  • 2 years of experience providing administrative support to professionals or teams
  • Ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities
  • Previous experience in a Sales or Marketing environment preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and supervisors
  • Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and/or commissions
  • Conducts basic financial analysis
  • Ability to abstract lease terms and understand standard instructions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
