Construction Project Manager

• Manage all aspects of commercial data center construction projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Process and review change orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Work directly with clients to prepare essential project elements, including:
• Scope of work
• Resource requirements
• Cost estimates & budgets
• Work plans, schedules & milestones
• Quality control measures
• Risk identification & mitigation strategies
• Lead client Method of Procedure (MOP) processes for scheduling data center construction-related activities.
• Ensure adherence to standard methodologies for the design and delivery of critical facility system components and equipment.
• Define and manage project delivery resources through pre-qualified lists or qualification processes.
• Conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations for clients.
• Oversee project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.

Must-Have Skills:

✔ Mechanical & Electrical expertise
✔ Experience working with significant equipment
✔ 8 years of experience in mission-critical facilities (recent experience required)
✔ Background with construction management or as a general contractor
✔ High-level communication skills to engage key stakeholders

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Data center experience

Education & Software Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Software Skills: MS Office Suite, MS Project, Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55.34 - $58.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Construction management: 8 years (Preferred)
• Data center: 2 years (Preferred)
