Job Overview:
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the facility. This role involves vendor coordination, site inspections, customer service, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist employees and visitors upon arrival.
- Coordinate and schedule vendor visits for maintenance and inspections.
- Conduct routine site walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Maintain and restock break rooms throughout the day.
- Set up and manage meeting rooms for scheduled events.
- Address ad hoc facility-related needs as they arise.
- Close and secure the facility at the end of the day.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a facilities, administrative, or customer service role.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Soft Skills: Strong customer service skills, reliability, and excellent verbal communication.
