you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to employees and guests at a designated facility. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, manage office services, and support workplace operations to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Guest Services:
- Welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Issue visitor and parking passes while following security protocols.
- Answer phone calls professionally and provide assistance as needed.
- Workplace Operations & Administrative Support:
- Manage office services such as mail distribution, office supplies, and onboarding coordination.
- Oversee janitorial and maintenance work orders, ensuring timely resolution.
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of employees.
- Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setup, and breakdown.
- Security & Emergency Procedures:
- Follow building security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Notify appropriate personnel in case of safety concerns or emergencies.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Liaise with vendors providing workplace goods and services.
- Ensure service quality and timely fulfillment of requests.
- Communication & Problem-Solving:
- Address inquiries and complaints from employees, guests, and coworkers professionally.
- Provide solutions to workplace-related issues in a customer-focused manner.
- Create presentations and speak to groups as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and clerical skills
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and office management
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Capable of data entry, filing, and calendar management
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous

Pay: $23.00 - $24.85 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
