you will be the face of the workplace, delivering exceptional customer service to employees, guests, and vendors. You will create a welcoming and engaging environment, ensuring all operations and experiences within the building reflect a high standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and employees entering the facility, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Issue visitor and parking passes while following all required security protocols.
- Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Prepare presentations and deliver them to various-sized groups as needed.
- Assist with scheduling and confirming recreational, dining, and business-related activities.
- Coordinate and manage janitorial and maintenance service requests.
- Support office operations including mail services, office supply inventory, and employee onboarding.
- Respond to inquiries or complaints from employees and guests, providing timely and professional solutions.
- Organize and oversee on-site events including reserving event space, setting up and breaking down rooms, and arranging supplies.
- Adhere to property-specific safety, security, and emergency procedures; notify appropriate parties in the event of incidents.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for workplace goods and services.
- Clearly communicate detailed or complex information within the team and follow directions provided by management.
- Utilize existing procedures to resolve day-to-day issues and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Up to 2 years of related experience in a customer service or office coordination role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive and curious mindset.
- Ability to follow established procedures and handle tasks independently with limited discretion.

Pay: $25.00 - $26.85 per hour
