Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or inquiries
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently
- Experience in customer support or client services is advantageous
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and information retrieval
