Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized customer records and files
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
- Utilize computerized systems to process orders or inquiries
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is beneficial
- Strong data entry skills are required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.00 per hour
