Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Duties

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain organized customer records and files
  • Assist with front desk duties as needed
  • Utilize computerized systems to process orders or inquiries
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
  • Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is beneficial
  • Strong data entry skills are required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
