Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand clients' staffing needs, objectives, and company culture.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Provide guidance on market trends and salary benchmarks to clients.
Participate in corporate events, charitable functions and coordinate client social activities.
Account Growth:
Expand existing client accounts by identifying additional staffing opportunities.
Cross-sell and upsell staffing services to meet the client's evolving needs.
Work closely with recruiting/delivery team to determine priority of job requirements.
Candidate/Consultant Management
Provide candidates that meet or exceed client job requirements.
Answer questions and provide information to candidates regarding job opportunities and our organization.
Coordinate and sponsor consultant lunches and events.
Contract and Agreement Management:
Negotiate staffing contracts and service agreements with clients.
Ensure new hires meet compliance and contractual terms, as well as meet client expectations.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor the status and performance of placed candidates.
Address issues, conflicts, or concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
Administrative
Develop and update job descriptions and enter them into the Applicant Tracking System as needed.
Enter sales activity into Salesforce CRM
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
