Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries or concerns
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
- Utilize computer systems to track customer interactions and resolutions
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or as a medical receptionist is beneficial
- Strong clerical skills including filing, data entry, and proofreading
- Computer literacy with the ability to navigate various software applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
