Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries or concerns
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
  • Utilize computer systems to track customer interactions and resolutions

Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service or as a medical receptionist is beneficial
  • Strong clerical skills including filing, data entry, and proofreading
  • Computer literacy with the ability to navigate various software applications
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Cleveland, TN 37312 (Required)

Work Location: In person
