Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with vendor onboarding and issue purchase order (PO) requests
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Conduct vendor call-outs as needed
- Perform data analytics for work orders
- Ensure accountability for end-of-month financial closures
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee work orders
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) checks on completed work
Qualifications:Experience:
- No specific experience required, but prior knowledge of business systems and the ability to learn quickly are essential
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel are essential)
