Job Summary
The Client Service Coordinator will support a team of brokers specializing in Industrial, Office, and Retail properties. This role involves providing administrative support, managing office supplies, and serving as the primary point of contact for office visitors.
Work Environment & Team Overview
- Collaborate closely with brokers to assist with daily operations.
- Maintain office organization, including inventory management and supply orders.
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring smooth access to the office.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college required.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting multiple professionals or teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate industry preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $22.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
