10 years in facility maintenance
Level Of Education
H.S. Diploma or GED Trade School preferred
Systems/Software Proficiencies
Microsoft office suite, Teams specifically
Basic computer skills
Certifications/Licenses
EPA License to work with refrigerants
EPA Section 608 Certification
Top Must Have Skills
Should be self-driven
HVAC experience - chillers and package units
Repair/maintenance experience vs. install experience
Electrical, plumbing, mechanical experience within an industrial environment
Top Nice To Have Skills
Good communication skills
Experience with lock out-tag out procedures
Certification with fork lifts and Aerial platform lifts

2nd round on site with a site tour
