As a Maintenance Technician at CBRE, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function and involves providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose issues, and execute repairs.
- Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
- Review and manage assigned work orders using available systems to track completion.
- Support energy management efforts by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
- Inspect existing installations to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Resolve straightforward problems using established procedures and processes.
- Communicate clearly and concisely to exchange straightforward information.
- Deliver work output by adhering to defined procedures and processes with close supervision and guidance.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience. A combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Proficiency in following basic work routines and standards.
- Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
