Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various infrastructure projects at our airport.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a significant advantage given to those with airport project experience.
This role primarily involves using the Waterfall methodology to manage projects such as upgrading video camera systems, wireless mesh internet solutions, and implementing RFID systems for airport vehicles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee infrastructure projects, including the upgrade of video cameras to a Bosch solution, wireless mesh internet upgrades, and RFID system implementation.
- Coordinate efforts with internal resources and external implementation vendors to ensure project success.
- Utilize the Waterfall methodology to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
