We are looking for a Program Manager, Talent and Development Experience on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote in EST hours.
As a Learning & Leadership Program Manager within the Talent & Development (T&D) Experience team, you will play a key role in managing and executing Leadership Development and Enterprise Capability programs. This role supports the execution of flagship initiatives like CYLA (Choose Your Leadership Adventure), SIL (Step Into Leadership), and Change Management programs, ensuring the associates build the skills and leadership capabilities needed to drive business success.
Supporting Enterprise Capabilities and Learning & Leadership, this role requires strong project management, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement skills to manage multiple initiatives, drive alignment, and deliver high-impact learning experiences. You will collaborate with HR, leadership development teams, and enterprise capability leaders to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of the programs.
This role goes beyond traditional project management—requiring agility, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to navigate complexity, align stakeholders, and execute programs effectively.Shape

Responsibilities
Learning Program Management & Execution
- Manage the end-to-end process of learning program delivery, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and evaluation.
- Oversee and coordinate milestones and deadlines, effectively communicating team progress and task statuses.
- Collaborate with functional partners to maintain and support flagship learning programs, including Step Into Leadership, Core Leadership Development, and Change Management 201.
- Assist with coordination and production of the global onboarding program (AOCX).
- Develop and refine program communications, executive presentations, and reports.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track program performance and impact.
- Translate complex learning and development strategies into clear, actionable messaging.
- Partner with HR, Learning & Leadership Development teams, and Capability leaders to drive program success.
- Manage relationships with senior leaders, external partners, and key stakeholders.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages growth and development.
- Identify, escalate, and troubleshoot risks and issues for internal stakeholders and participants.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and manage ambiguity effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement in learning program design and execution.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all program deliverables.
- Manage logistics, program operations, and participant experience.
- Track and measure program success to inform future enhancements.
- B.A./B.S. degree in Business, Communications, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years in program management, learning & development, HR, communications, or strategic planning in a corporate setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive messaging and storytelling.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools for dashboards and presentations.
- Ability to balance strategy and execution, managing both high-level planning and tactical deliverables.
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills in a matrixed organization.
