Key Responsibilities
- Process outgoing shipments using FedEx, USPS, and UPS.
- Utilize a mailing system for outbound shipments and tracking.
- Assist customers with retail shipping services.
- Take passport photos for clients.
- Handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain an organized and efficient mailroom environment.
- Stand and walk for approximately 95% of the shift.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Entry-Level Position – No experience required.
- 1 year of experience in a mailroom, shipping center, or notary role is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Notary License (preferred but not required).
- Lithium Battery Certification (a plus).
