Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Staffing Sales Manager or Sr. Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through new client lead generation, upselling existing clients, and overall business development. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

Must Have Experience :

Proven Sales Experience : Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry. Experience in new client lead generation and achieving sales targets is essential. Business Development : Strong background in business development with a track record of acquiring new clients and growing business accounts.

Client Management : Experience in managing client relationships and understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions.

Upselling Skills : Proven ability to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling within existing client accounts.

Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively to clients and internal teams.

Networking Abilities : Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships within the industry and community.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in sales or business development within the staffing or recruitment industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
