Job Description
Provide end-user support for all LIMS applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Monitor and manage the ticketing system to ensure all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly.
Ensuring 100% SLA adherence.
Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, inventory and follow-up actions in the help desk system.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to assist users in understanding and effectively using computer applications.
Work closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless support and knowledge sharing.
Development (Customization) and Configuration of LabWare LIMS
Database design and object-oriented design (OOD) concepts
Instrument integration, System integration and API development / integration
Development using VB .Net, C# .Net, SQL Server or Oracle server and Azure
Knowledgeable in Web Service (REST / SOAP)
Should be flexible to work on Customer proprietary tools, technologies and framework
Should possess excellent communication skills and client management skills
LIMS admin 1 certification preferred
