Job Description : MES Plant Services IT Support Senior Consultant

The MES Plant Services IT Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and maintaining Manufacturing Execution Systems within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. This position ensures the seamless operation of MES applications, assists in troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead MES Plant Services Management :
Act as the lead for MES Plant Services, overseeing daily operations, coordinating tasks among team members, and ensuring alignment with production goals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within MES operations, leveraging user feedback and performance data to enhance system functionality and user experience.
1.Technical Support :
oProvide first-level and second-level technical support for MES applications, addressing user inquiries and issues promptly.
oTroubleshoot and resolve MES-related software and hardware issues, coordinating with vendors when necessary.
2.System Monitoring and Maintenance :
oMonitor system performance and availability, ensuring that MES applications operate efficiently.
oPerform regular maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and patch management, in accordance with established protocols.
3.User Access Management :
oManage user accounts and permissions, ensuring proper access levels are granted based on roles and responsibilities.
oConduct periodic reviews of user access and maintain security compliance in accordance with company policies.
4.Training and Documentation :
oAssist in the development and delivery of training programs for end-users on MES functionalities and troubleshooting techniques.
oCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and troubleshooting guides.
5.Collaboration with IT and Operations :

6.Data Integrity and Reporting :

- Experience :

Technical Skills :
oProficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues; experience with database management (e.g., SQL).
