- Lead and manage a team providing Desktop Management support, including Image Management, Patch Management, Software Distribution, Application Packaging, and Virtual Desktops support.
- Oversee Messaging and Collaboration tools, including Intune, MS Teams Hub, and integration with Hub.
- Manage Customer Endpoint Experience, VDI, Azure Desktop, Citrix, Desktop Imaging and Packaging, JAMF Apple Management, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Implement and automate processes using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Microsoft Deployment tools. Provide support for MS 365, Remote Technology Support, security patches, vulnerability remediation management, and endpoint policy management.
- Ensure efficient mail routing, conference room calendar management scheduling. Maintain advanced knowledge of desktop management, standardization processes, and technologies.
- Develop and enforce policies related to the use of communication and collaboration tools. Provide training and support to employees on communication and collaboration tools.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of communication and collaboration tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Proven experience in desktop management, messaging, and collaboration tools.
- Strong technical proficiency in Intune, SCCM, MS365, VDI, Citrix, JAMF, Azure Virtual Desktop, and other related technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
